1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing the Innoversion Technolab e-commerce website, utilizing our REST API services, or completing a product purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Invoicing
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) inclusive of applicable 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or pricing discrepancies. Upon order confirmation, an official GST Tax Invoice complying with Section 31 of the CGST Act 2017 with HSN codes and company GSTIN will be generated and made accessible via your customer dashboard.
3. Account Responsibilities
When registering an account with Innoversion Technolab, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all transactions conducted under your account.
4. Warranty & Authenticity Guarantee
All hardware devices sold are backed by standard manufacturer warranties ranging from 12 to 24 months. Innoversion Technolab guarantees that all products are 100% genuine and factory-sealed.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate contracts under which we furnish services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
